Rain Didn’t Cool It Down Too Much, More Showers Expected This Week

Jackson, Miss–The storms have moved across the state, and today’s temps are a little cooler. 

North Mississippi, high in the mid 60’s, the clouds will give way to sunshine through the day but then overnight it drops to a chilly 40.

The sun will come out in Central Mississippi, high in the upper 60’s, clear and cool night in the 30’s.

South Mississippi, sunny and warm, in the 70’s, clear and in the 40’s fo rthe over night low.

Warming right back up Tuesday though, with sunshine across the state.

Tuesday will bring temps in the upper 60’s for North Mississippi dropping into the mid 40’s overnight as some clouds start to move back in

Central Mississippi it’ll be closer to 70 for the high for you, lows dropping into the 40’s when the sun goes down.

And in South Mississippi, 70’s for the high, near 50 overnight low.

The rain will move back in statewide Wednesday, really cooling things off, highs for Thursday only reaching the 50’s across the state.
