CORINTH, MISS– Former group home employee Danny Ray Triplett of Corinth is behind bars, charged with sexual battery of a vulnerable person.
Triplett was arrested Wednesday by investigators with the Attorney General’s Office Medicaid Fraud Control Unit and the Alcorn County Sheriff’s Department.
Triplett admitted to raping the man while at the Group Home. The man’s diagnosis is described as profoundly mentally disabled.
If convicted, Triplett is looking at thirty years in the pen and a ten thousand dollar fine.
