JACKSON, Miss.- More than 280,000 swivel chairs have been recalled across North America.
The Hampton Bay Fall River Swivel dining and lounge chairs are being recalled for a defect. Retailers say they are breaking during normal use, like sitting.
There have been 400 reports of the defective chairs, and 16 injuries from trying to use them.
