YAZOO CITY, Miss. – After hours of searching, still no sign of a missing 9-year-old girl believed to have been swept away by flood waters Sunday night, while playing in her back yard in Yazoo City.
Rescuers said in a Monday afternoon press briefing that they are now moving the search for her to a nearby canal that eventually flows into the Yazoo River.
