Still No Hurricanes?

JACKSON, Miss. – So far there have been no hurricanes to hit the magnolia state year, and not a single one has formed in the Atlantic. According to David Felton with the National Hurricane Center, you should not let your guard down. The hurricane season is half way over but right now it is the peak of the season.

“It only takes one storm hitting your community to make it a really bad year,” said Fetlon.

So far there has been ten tropical depressions and nine of those have turned into tropical storms.
