Teacher Gives up License, Facing Allegations of Inappropriate Contact

RANKIN COUNTY, Miss. — One less teacher in the classroom. A Rankin County teacher has voluntarily given up her license after being accused of having inappropriate contact with students.

Investigators say Amanda McClure took some kids off campus and used vulgar language in front of them.  She says that’s not true.  McClure can apply to get her license reinstated after two years.
