BILOXI, Miss. — You have heard it before, “15 minutes could save you 15 percent or more on car insurance” but Geico could get these three Mississippians 13 years behind bars, or more.
Rosemary Henderson, Lavon Cherry, and Johnny Lewis of Biloxi were booked by Attorney General Investigators for conspiracy, insurance fraud, and wire fraud. They apparently filled phony insurance claims to Geico from Biloxi Regional Medical Center, lying about got injuries they got in a car wreck.
Lewis also has an extra charge of trying to do the same thing to defraud Allstate insurance.
