Toddler Kidnapped During Car Theft and Then Released

JACKSON, Miss. — The theft of a car in the capital city leads to the kidnapping of a toddler who was in the car when it was stolen.

According to WAPT, the vehicle was stolen Tuesday at a McDonald’s on Hanging Moss Road.

The thief let the little girl out of the car a couple of miles away from the fast food joint in a neighborhood.

She was able to walk to a house that was nearby and ask for help.

The girl was not injured.
