In Central Mississippi, a slight chance of showers between 11 a.m and noon, then a chance of showers and thunderstorms after noon. Mostly sunny, with a high near 88 and tonight, there is a 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, before 5 a.m. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 65.

In South Mississippi, there is a 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 7 a.m. throughout the day it will be mostly sunny, with a high near 87. In the evening there is a chance for some showers and thunderstorms. It will be mostly cloudy tonight with a low around 72.
