TUPELO,Miss- Police have charged another man with child pornography.
40-year-old Christopher Sean Cooper of Ponotoc has been with a single count of distributing child porn, This charge includes images of kids under 12.
Cooper plead guilty to the charge in federal court. This conviction carries a five year minimum in prison and a 20 year maximum. He could also be required to pay up to 250,000 dollars.
He remains free on a $5,000 bail since April of 2015. He is set to go to trial on Monday
