The Jackson Police Department is looking into the attempted robbery of a CVS off of North State Street in the Capitol City.

Officials say the suspects were a man and a woman. The woman, Tiffany Tanelle Hicks, 29, has been captured and charged with attempted armed robbery.

The man they believe was also involved was last seen wearing a dark colored hooded top and while the incident was captured on surveillance footage it is not available yet.

Police say the two asked about what time the pharmacy closed and then demanded that they reopen it, the man appearing to have a weapon under his clothes. He ran off on foot, and the woman left in a black Toyota Camry that officers stopped at Central St. near Arbor Vista Blvd.
