Two new cases of West Nile Virus confirmed by the MSDH

JACKSON, Miss.- The Mississippi State Department of Health has confirmed two new cases of West Nile Virus in the Mississippi. 

That brings this years total to 32, with one death reported in Hinds County.

The new cases were reported in Rankin and Sunflower counties. The MSDH reminds everyone to continue taking precautions when spending time outside, it is never out of season.
