U.S. Senator Roger Wicker says that tax reform will likely be passed this week.
“I am very pleased that we have done this,” said U.S. Senator Roger Wicker. “It is actually the culmination of a several year process of holding hearings and getting to this point then the House passing their version and the Senate passing ours and now we are ready to send it on to the President and I am very confident that we will have the votes to do that.”
Wicker said that they hope to have a vote in the Senate Tuesday and another vote in the House Wednesday.
“For the vast majority of Americans, tax time is going to be a much simpler time of the year,” Wicker said.
