VERONA, Miss. – United Furniture plans to start production at its newest facility in Verona at the former Lane Furniture plant at the Tupelo Lee Industrial Park in February. The company already employees nearly 1,600 workers between its plants in Amory, Okolona, Hatley, and Nettleton, making it one of the largest furniture industries in Northeast Mississippi.
United Furniture hopes to employee 300 more people within the next few years. Right now they are looking for upholsters, frame builders, fillers, and anyone with manufacturing experience
