The National Weather Service has issued another heat advisory for much of Mississippi today.
High temperatures will reach the upper 90s across the state, with some areas reaching 100 in the northeastern sections of the state.
High humidity will send heat indices into the 105-109 range, creating a dangerous situation across the state. Practice extreme caution today and keep plenty of water near you.
