In north Mississippi, there will be mostly cloudy skies with a chance of showers and thunderstorms in the morning, then more showers and thunderstorms likely in the afternoon. Highs will be in the mid-80s. Tonight, mostly cloudy skies with a chance of showers and thunderstorms in the evening and continuing after midnight. Lows will be in the upper 60s.

In central Mississippi, partly sunny skies will be expected today with a chance of showers and thunderstorms during the day. Highs will near 90 and in the evening, mostly cloudy skies with a chance of showers and thunderstorms in the evening and continuing after midnight. Lows will dip down into the upper 60s.

In south Mississippi, more partly sunny skies are expected today with a chance of showers and thunderstorms in the morning and more showers and thunderstorms likely in the afternoon. Highs will reach the upper 80s. At night, mostly cloudy skies with a chance of showers and thunderstorms, then a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms after midnight. Lows will dip down into the upper 60s.
