3rd Grade Test Scores Are Out, Again

JACKSON, Miss. – Mississippi 3rd graders are doing better when it comes to reading.

Originally, 15 percent failed the 2015 3rd Grade Reading Summative Assessment.

After the third try, that number is now down to just 8 percent.

Students have to pass the test in order to move onto 4th grade, unless there is a “good cause exemption”.
