BAY ST. LOUIS, Miss.–An Amber Alert was issued Wednesday morning for Ela Schneider and Ava Boudreaux. That Amber Alert was canceled just before 7 a.m., about two hours after it went out over the air waves, smart phones, Twitter, and whatever app you have to alert you.
The two girls had last been seen in the Bay St. Louis area. They were found safe by police in Slidell, La.
The Mississippi Highway Patrol did not say if it was a kidnapping, but did say the two may have been in the company of 37-year-old Eli Stone Schneider, a white male, 6 ft., 220 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes. Police are still looking for him.
