OXFORD, Miss. — Bond has been denied for the Oxford man accused of killing his mom and half-brother.
Regis Mister, a former sheriff deputy, made his first appearance in Lafayette County Justice court Tuesday. The judge sent the case to a grand jury. Carol Gary and 12-year-old Patrick Gary, Jr. were found dead at their home Friday. Police have not said why they think Mister killed them.
Visitation for the Garys will be this Friday, November 15, from 1 p.m. until 6 p.m. at Eddie Robinson Funeral Home in Grenada.
