JACKSON, Miss. – He probably was not there for the McMuffins. Jackson police got a call around 3 a.m. Monday morning about a man lurking around the McDonald’s on Fortification Street during closing hours.
When the cops showed up the guy climbed into the ceiling, but they eventually got him out. Investigators think he disabled the alarm system used a crowbar to get into the restaurant through a back window.
Breon Tate wasn’t able to steal anything, but he is now facing burglary charges.
