OHS: Cross-training is the key to your running success

If you’re going to have a big goal – like train for a half marathon – you’re going to need to do more than just “go run”. There’s a system that helps make that running easier – it builds your endurance and helps your muscles recover faster.

Coach Jeremy laughs at me as if this is a new discovery, but I know he’s been telling me to do this since day one. It wasn’t until I started training with Paul Lacoste again that it really clicked.
