JACKSON, Miss.–The Governor’s Energy Summit convenes Wednesday morning at the Jackson Convention Complex. Speakers will include Gov. Bryant, Texas Gov. Rick Perry and Cheers star John Ratzenburger.
The Energy Summit, presented by the Mississippi Energy Institute, is intended to highlight the relationship between energy and the Mississippi economy. Perry will give the keynote address at 12:30.
Ratzenburger, known around the world as know-it-all postman Cliff Claven, will speak at 11. He also stars in “Made in America” and will speak on workforce development.
