BILOXI, Miss. — Reaching for cigarettes nearly cost a Biloxi driver his life. The man was leaving a fishing spot and his smokes were on the floorboard of his truck. He told police he reached from them, lost control of the truck and drove into the water. He got out through a window and is okay. But his cigarettes were soaked and it took crews about 20 minutes to pull his truck out.
