STARKVILLE, Miss.–The statutory rape of a 15-year-old girl is the charge against Zachary Townsel of Starkville. Police arrested him Saturday after an investigation that started over the weekend.
Police were not releasing much about the case because of its sensitive nature.
Bond for Townsel, 24, of Maben, was set at $5,000.
