MERIDIAN, Miss.- Jimmy D. Rush has had the robbery charges against him dropped by the Lauderdale County district attorney.
This came after a co-defendant, Deangelo Ford, took back his statements that Rush was involved in two armed robberies in 2014.
Rush was then released due to a lack of evidence.
