Mississippi and Hypertension

According to Mississippi’s State Department of Health reports, more than 700,000 Mississippi adults have high blood pressure (hypertension), and thousands more of you may be at risk.

The good news is it is preventable, and well managed with a few lifestyle changes.

Dr. Kevin Bridges, a board certified physician, goes in great detail about hypertension and prevention.
