JACKSON, Miss.- An amber alert for missing Isiah Summerall has been cancelled. The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation says Summerall was found safe in Panola County.
Officer Colendula Green said officers are investigating the case as a burglary and kidnapping.
Police said the child’s uncle and other family members broke down the door of the home at the Cypress Point Apartments in Jackson around midnight.
Police said they choked the toddler’s mother and held her and her boyfriend at gunpoint while they took the little child.
Police said the child was found safe. No details have been release on the kidnapper or charges at this time.
