The Jackson Police Department has issued an arrest warrant in the murder investigation that originated on September 17, 2017, at the Pine Ridge Gardens apartments.
Police have identified 22-year-old Roddrick Raheem Jones, a black male, as a suspect in the death of, Kendrick Hughes.
