The curiosity of someone who looks different is there for small children. The first time they see someone in a wheelchair may make for an awkward encounter for all involved.

Rebecca, the President of the MS Wheelchair Mississippi Foundation, who has been living in a wheelchair since birth, says the best thing anyone can do when they come across a person in a wheelchair say, “Hello!”

Rebecca gave more great insight to including those living life in a wheelchair and how the MS Wheelchair Mississippi Pageant is building a community for young girls and women across Mississippi on Good Things with Rebecca Turner.
