Bomb threat forces lockdown at Raymond High School

Hinds County officials are investigating a bomb threat at a local high school.

The Hinds County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed that bomb threat forced Raymond High School to be placed on lockdown earlier today.

The threats apparently originated on Snapchat and mentioned a bomb and a potential shooting. Thankfully, no explosives or weapons of any kind were found inside of the building.

An investigation into the threats has been opened. Currently no suspect information has been released.
