PASCAGOULA, Miss.- Police have arrested the cousin of 16-year-old Cliff Alyn after he was found dead 200 yards from his grandmother’s home in rural Vancleave.
Police say the boy died from severe beating. Sheriff Mike Ezell said they have arrested 19-year-old Dexter Kelley for killing his cousin Cliff Allyn.
The sheriff says that the official cause of death is blunt force trauma to the body. They have not reported any motive yet for the crime.
Kelley is being held on a first-degree murder charge in the Jackson County jail.
