BALDWYN, Miss. – A Baldwyn alderman is free on bond after being arrested on stalking and telephone harassment charges.
A Prentiss County Sheriff’s Department spokesperson said the charges against Ricky Massengill, 49, are connected to a domestic dispute. Massengill, who represents Ward 4, turned himself into authorities earlier this week and was released after posting a $2,000 bond. He has a court date scheduled for May 15.
