HATTIESBURG, Miss– 46 year old Scott Tyner pleads guilty to shooting five people at Cuco’s in Hattiesburg in 2012.

Imagine having lunch at a local spot when a man walks in and starts shooting. That’s what happened at Cuco’s in Hattiesburg in April 2012. Now Scott Tyner has plead guilty to five counts of aggravated assault, reports WDAM.
5 people were shot that day. After the shooting Tyner was ordered to undergo a mental evaluation and he passed the forensics.
Tyner’s trial is set for November 7th.
