Three Accused of Plans to Sell Heroin Out of Bar in Gulfport

GULFPORT, Miss. – Bond has been denied for three people from South Mississippi accused of planning to sell heroine out of a bar in Gulfport. Investigators say the owners of the Ice Daiquiri Lounge, Carlos Miller and Julie Michelle Glass, and Randall Sheffield tried to negotiate deals to buy cocaine and heroin form an undercover informant from the DEA. All three have plead not guilty.

According to their affidavit on Jan. 23 they tried to buy a kilo of heroin in exchange for 11,000 dollars, a deed to real estate Glass owned, and the title to a 2008 dodge charger.

They were arrested while driving to make the transaction.
