Wreck in Saucier: D’Iberville High School Student Dead, Others Hurt

SAUCIER, Miss.–A wreck in Saucier Saturday evening killed D’Iberville High School student Branden Harvey. Investigators said they found Harvey’s body a short distance from his SUV, and that no one involved was wearing a seat belt.

The wrecked happened on Ramsey Rd., just after 6 p.m. When rescue units got there, they found Harvey’s SUV, but he was not in it. They also found another SUV. Both vehicles were off the road, in the woods.

After a search, they found Harvey’s body and Coroner Gary Hargrove pronounced him dead.

Two other people involved in the wreck were taken to the hospital.

A memorial fund has been set up to help Harvey’s family. HERE is the link.
