DAUPHIN ISLAND, Ala. – The U.S. Coast Guard has confirmed that one of the victims of a boating disaster in Alabama’s Mobile Bay is a Mississippi Man.
Robert Delaney, 72, is from Madison. Kris Beall, 27, of Pineville, Louisiana was also killed. The boaters were in a sailboat race Saturday when a heavy storm tore through the area. Four boaters are still missing. The search for them has been hampered by bad weather.
