12 students went unharmed after a school bus they were on collided with another vehicle on Monday afternoon in Jones County.

According to WDAM, the crash took place on Jesse Malone Road in the Rustin Community. The Jones County Sheriff’s Department told the TV station that the Northeast Jones High School students on board were removed from the bus and deemed uninjured.

Most students were picked up from the scene by parents or guardians, but a handful were transported via a different school bus. The male driver of the bus involved was also uninjured, declining to go to a local hospital.

The crash is still under investigation as it’s unclear if the driver of the passenger vehicle suffered any injuries and which party was at fault.
