One Mississippi lottery player in Biloxi won the $272,152 jackpot after matching all five numbers listed from Tuesday’s Mississippi Match 5 drawing.
The grand prize is the first Mississippi Match 5 jackpot hit since the record-breaking total of $906,168 was announced on February 7.
During Tuesday’s drawing, the winning ticket — which was purchased from Clark Oil Company #28 in Biloxi — matched the numbers of 3-7-14-18-21.
The jackpot for Thursday’s Mississippi Match 5 drawing has now reset to an estimated $50,000.
As for the Powerball, the jackpot for Wednesday night’s drawing is at an estimated $143 million with a cash value of $73 million. The jackpot for the Mega Millions drawing on Friday is an estimated $167 million with a cash value of $84.5 million.
