4 suspects arrested in connection to shooting at Ocean Springs house party

Four men have been taken into custody and charged in a shooting that occurred during a large party at a home in Ocean Springs nearly two weeks ago.

According to Sheriff John Ledbetter, the four suspects were charged with hindering prosecution in connection to the incident, which took place at the Gulf Park Estates community on Saturday, January 27.

The suspects include 21-year-old Zavionne Payne of Gautier, 20-year-old Joshua Hudson of Gautier, 21-year-old Lorenzo Stennis of Pascagoula, and 27-year-old Adonis Lewis of Gautier.

Authorities have released that there were no injuries reported following the shooting, but several vehicles were hit by gunfire. Investigators were able to recover guns near the residence where the party was held shortly after.

All four suspects have been jailed in Jackson County with no bond, with officials expecting more arrests to come.
