Police have locked up four individuals believed to be connected to the death of 16-year-old Ayden Reno, a student and football player at Grenada High School.
The Grenada Police Department reports that three juvenile suspects were arrested on Monday. A source confirmed to SuperTalk Mississippi News that a fourth person of interest was handcuffed at Grenada High School on Tuesday.
The suspects’ identities have not been released due to their age. As of now, three of the four are charged with murder. The fourth suspect’s charges have not been made available at this time.
Reno died on the night of Sept. 22 in the area of Leigh Avenue, where a shooting had taken place. Law enforcement at the scene found the teen’s body unresponsive. An autopsy will determine the cause of death, though foul play is suspected.
