Police have arrested a 42-year-old Vicksburg man accused of secretly filming a woman while she used a tanning bed at a local gym.
The incident was reported on Sept. 23 at Wyatt’s Gym on Manor Drive in Vicksburg after a woman discovered a hidden device inside the tanning area. Investigators later identified Zane Bearrick as the suspect.
Bearrick was arrested on Sept. 26 and appeared in court earlier this week. He is charged with invasion of privacy for allegedly recording without consent and had his bond set at $200,000.
He is currently housed at the Warren County Jail.
