College basketball is right around the corner, and Ole Miss is looking to give fans a first look at its men’s and women’s teams through the popular Square Jam event.
Chris Beard and Yolette McPhee-McCuin’s squads have partnered with the city of Oxford to host the hardwood festivities on the town’s historic square on Monday, Oct. 20. A basketball court will be set up on the east side of the square in the parking lot in front of City Hall.

Fans will have the opportunity to catch both teams in action with various competitions, including three-point contests, skills challenges, and more. Both teams will be available for autographs after wrapping things up on the court. The event is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m.
The Ole Miss men’s team will tip off the regular season versus Southeastern Louisiana on Nov. 3, while the women’s group will open things up against Norfolk State that same day. Both teams are coming off of Sweet 16 appearances.
