Northern Mississippi
After a cold front moved in following a stormy Wednesday, temperatures should begin to rise with more sunny weather on Friday. Highs will be in the upper 60s before lows drop into the mid 40s at night. There’s no chance of rain at this time.
Central Mississippi
The same goes for central Mississippi as the sun tries to move the cold front through. Friday’s highs will be in the lower 70s with lows dropping into the mid to upper 40s at night. There’s no chance of rain at this time.
Southern Mississippi
While Friday won’t be quite beach weather, it will be close. Plenty of sunshine is expected with highs in the mid 7os. Come nighttime, lows will drop into the upper 40s. There’s no chance of rain at this time.
Extended outlook
As for the rest of the weekend, Saturday will be sunny statewide with highs hovering between 70 and 80 degrees. Sunday is forecast to be partly sunny with a chance of showers across the entire state.
