Northern Mississippi
A partly sunny day is expected, with a chance of showers and thunderstorms throughout the day. Rain chances will be highest during the afternoon and evening hours. Highs will reach the mid to upper 80s before lows cool into the lower 70s overnight.
Central Mississippi
A mostly sunny day is on tap, though showers and thunderstorms remain possible throughout the day. Highs will climb into the lower 90s before temperatures fall into the mid-70s after sunset. Another round of storms is possible overnight.
Southern Mississippi
Mostly sunny skies are expected, with a slight chance of showers during the day and thunderstorms possible in the afternoon. Highs will reach the lower to mid-90s before lows settle into the mid to upper 70s overnight. A few pop-up showers could develop during the evening hours.
