“The event kicks off an exciting weekend in Starkville, happening just one night before the Bulldogs take on Alabama at Davis Wade Stadium. Additionally, HARDY’s show provides a unique opportunity for fans to connect directly with MSU student-athletes through NIL engagements,” a release from Mississippi State Athletics reads.
HARDY broke onto the scene in 2023 with his “mockingbird and THE CROW” album before following it up in 2024 with “Quit!!” Both albums topped countless Billboard charts, including a top five debut on Billboard 200, and have combined to rack up over six billion streams. Last month, he released “COUNTRY! COUNTRY! COUNTRY!,” which in turn is becoming an album name tour for HARDY and company.
Honors HARDY has garnered include three CMA Triple Play awards, three AIMP Songwriter of the Year awards, and one BMI Country Songwriter of the Year award. His most listened to songs include “TRUCK BED,” “ONE BEER,” “GIVE HEAVEN SOME HELL,” and “wait in the truck.”
Roughly two weeks after HARDY’s show, Grammy-winning comedian Nate Bargatze will roll into town and perform in the Hump on Oct. 15.
