A body was found on a Mississippi beach Wednesday night.
Bay St. Louis police have confirmed that it was a suicide, per a report from WLOX. The body was discovered with gunshot wounds on a beach near the downtown area. At this time, no identity has been released.
This is the second body to be discovered on a Mississippi beach in the last few weeks. On March 22, a Georgia man identified as Willie Hall, 47, was found dead on the shoreline of Cat Island, which is about 10 miles off the coast of Gulfport.
