Mississippi-based C Spire, the largest privately held wireless carrier in the U.S., has announced a new partnership with global telecommunications firm Dubber to offer an expanded line of business services.
The new alliance will offer C Spire business customers full access to Dubber’s product suite, including industry-leading call recording capacity and AI-powered voice intelligence.
According to C Spire’s announcement, the new offerings via Dubber will allow customers to boost sales, improve customer experience, and optimize their internal operations by utilizing voice data as a strategic business asset.
“Our enhanced collaboration with Dubber aligns with C Spire’s purpose to improve lives through technology,” Drake Cushing, Senior VP and General Manager for C Spire Business, said. “By leveraging Dubber’s platform and AI, business customers can capture communications across our product portfolio, leading to data-based intelligence that is practical and actionable.”
Cushing went on to call the collaboration a “game changer” for customers, allowing them to offer customers best-in-class service by identifying trends with new data insights.
Dubber’s cloud-native recording and AI platform will help C Spire customers draw value from every conversation via AI-powered insights, the announcement said.
