Gulfport Police are trying to find a missing 16-year-old

The Gulfport Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing person, Maria Nyeshia-Oshae Powell, of Gulfport, MS.

Powell is described to Police Officers as a black female, 16 years old, she is 5’05” and 115 lbs. Powell has black hair and brown eyes. Powell was last seen near the 11000 block of Highland Avenue on November 17, 2021, and was wearing a black and yellow jacket.

Anyone with any information or the known whereabouts of Powell is urged to contact the Gulfport Police Department at (228) 868-5959.
