In south Mississippi, sunny skies with showers and thunderstorms in the morning and afternoon. Highs are rising into the lower to mid-90s today and the heat index will range from 102 to107. Tonight, partly cloudy with showers and thunderstorms. Lows will be in the mid to upper 70s.
