Throughout a successful 2025 campaign, Mississippi College boosted an impressive résumé with victories over nationally-ranked opponents, including sweeps over then-No. 2 Auburn Montgomery and No. 21 Trevecca Nazarene. Leigh Streetman’s club added a road win over No. 5 Valdosta State.
Mississippi College won nine straight games during a dominant stretch in March and posted a 13-2 record in the defining month. The Choctaws recorded nine shutouts on the year, showcasing both offensive firepower and pitching depth.
Now, the team will have an opportunity to make waves as an underdog in its NCAA Tournament opener.
